The training project aims to support a broader digitalization project with a view to an intelligent factory; the company has already started investments by introducing interconnected and integrated machinery and systems into the company; the next step is the development of an economic-financial management system based on data and budget processing and management control tools. A process that sets the company’s strategic objectives to increase its weight and importance on international markets; the introduction of planning, management control and performance monitoring systems on multiple dimensions and based on reliable, accurate data; the improvement of production quality and the consequent reduction of waste, ensuring the customer products with high performance standards tested and formalized. The strategy aims to increase control over profitability to support investments in technologies to maintain competitive positioning and gain new market shares.
